Slowly take a deep breath in. Feel the good energy flow into your body. Hold the breath for a moment. Slowly exhale and feel the stress, toxins and negative energy leave your body.
Slowly take another deep breath. Expand your lungs and diaphragm and take in as much oxygen as you can. Hold a moment. Slowly exhale and as the stress leaves your body, feel your muscles begin to relax.
As you breathe in and out a few more times, notice the calm and relaxed feeling in your body. It's OK to let go - even 2 minutes of this exercise a few times a day will make a difference for your good health.
